Guest Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi cards are limited. Please keep your card safe once it is issued, as replacement cards will not be available.
Parking Passes
A limited number of parking vouchers will be available for eligible conference guests and can be collected from the conference registration table. Vouchers are issued on a first-come, first-served basis — please request one in advance from the conference team if you know you will be driving, so we can set one aside for you. Vouchers can only be used in gated McMaster parking lots that issue an entry ticket — they cannot be used in lots managed through HONK Mobile. Guests who park in an ungated or HONK-managed lot will be responsible for paying the applicable fee. Please do not park in Lot A, which is privately owned by Divinity College and will not accept conference vouchers. To use your voucher: (1) enter a gated lot and take an entry ticket, (2) keep your entry ticket, (3) collect your voucher from the registration table, (4) use the voucher when exiting the gated lot.
Public Transit
Hamilton Street Railway (HSR) buses serve McMaster University directly. Routes serving campus include 1A King, 5 Delaware, 10 B-Line Express, and 51 University. Schedules can change, so check the HSR trip planner before travelling. GO Transit also connects McMaster with communities across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area — check GO Transit for current routing if arriving from Toronto, Pearson Airport, or elsewhere in Southern Ontario.
From the Airport
Hamilton International Airport (YHM) is the city's local airport, with taxi, rideshare, and local transit connections. Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is the region's major international airport — ground travel to Hamilton may involve GO Transit, coach service, rental car, taxi, or rideshare. Allow generous transfer time.
Accessibility
McMaster University is committed to accessible events. The Hub and conference venues are wheelchair accessible. Accessible routes are available through McMaster's campus maps. If you have specific accessibility requirements — including mobility, hearing, vision, or dietary — please indicate them during registration or contact the conference team. We will do our best to accommodate all needs.
Useful On-Campus Basics
Multi-faith prayer spaces are available in The Hub. Conference signs will be posted at both venues to guide you. Use McMaster's interactive campus map for building locations, parking areas, and accessible routes.
